My Rewards Program Frequently Asked Questions

The My Rewards program is our free rewards program in Canada that lets you earn points on all your purchases and redeem those points for rewards (“Rewards”).

For every Canadian dollar you spend (as applicable based on country of purchase) on My Supply Co. merchandise online at www.getmysupply.co, My Rewards participants receive 1 Supply Point when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your My Supply Co. account. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer.

Your My Rewards page is your destination for everything My Rewards Program-related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current points balance, redeem points for Rewards and gifts, and learn about your My Rewards benefits. To access this page, simply log into your My Supply Co. account.

The value of “merchandise” for purposes of collecting points includes all products sold on www.getmysupply.co. The value of “merchandise” does not include gift cards, taxes, and/or shipping. However, if a bonus points event applies to any of these non-merchandise categories, the bonus points event rules will apply.

All points earned from this purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your My Rewards account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

Supply Points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is canceled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive Supply Points for that item.

The My Rewards Pantry is where My Supply Co. offers Rewards in exchange for a certain number of accrued points ranging from 50 points to 2,000 points, from time to time and at My Supply Co.’s sole discretion. The Rewards Pantry offers are for a limited time, while supplies last, and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities of each Reward are limited and client must be registered to My Supply Co. in order to redeem points for Rewards Pantry offers. My Rewards members may only redeem points for one of each reward per transaction and must have the sufficient number of Supply Points in their My Rewards Bank available at time of redemption. Points will be deducted at time of redemption.

Rewards valued from 50 to 2,000 points all require a merchandise purchase if redeemed online. Rewards redeemed cannot be used in conjunction with most other promotion codes or discounts during checkout, contingent on the circumstances and terms and conditions of the event. Supply Points will be re-credited if a Reward redeemed for more than 700 points (and up to 2,000 points) is canceled by My Supply Co.

Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold, or returned. My Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards. My Supply Co. and My Supply Co. brands are not responsible for any taxes incurred by clients or guests. Employees of My Supply Co. are eligible to redeem Rewards valued from 50 points to 2,000 points. Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by My Supply Co. in its sole discretion at any time. See specific Reward offers for any additional terms and conditions.

Rewards are typically full-size products or experiences that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of accrued points from your Supply Bank. Rewards between 50 – 2,000 points can be redeemed with a purchase of merchandise from My Supply Co. online.

Once you have logged into your online My Rewards account, you will be able to add a Reward to your online basket from the Rewards Pantry, or during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift card, or e-gift certificate.

If the item that is canceled from your order drops your points balance below the required points to redeem the reward, you will still receive the reward as long as other merchandise is being shipped. Points will be deducted from your account for the reward. It is possible your account could have a negative balance if you do not have enough points in your account because of the item cancellation. If your entire order is canceled, any Reward will not ship because a merchandise purchase is required.

Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts, except where terms and conditions apply.

We encourage you to redeem your points often so that you get to experience the full benefits of the My Rewards program including products, gifts, experiences, and events. Unredeemed points do not expire, but Rewards are time-sensitive and expire 30 days after activation.
